Gonzaga once again takes the top overall seed, followed by Arizona. The Big 12 rounds out a seed with Kansas and Baylor.

Kansas and Baylor are the third time in a row since the start of the season that Katz’s projections have two No. 1 seeds in a conference. The Jayhawks and the Bears filled the top of the bracket after beating Kansas 80–70 a few days before to split the season series.
