Spurs are believed to be competing with north London rivals Arsenal for the signing of Kulusevsky.
And according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte’s side has the upper hand.
They reveal that Tottenham managing director Fabio Paratisi knows all the details about the contract of Kulusevski, who himself brought him to Juventus.
It added that Conte is a fan of the Swede and would take him to the right side of his attacking trio in 3-4-3.
Spurs are looking to pay less than £25m for the winger and believe the addition of a player could sweeten the deal.

Lillywhites is said to be ready to offer players who Conte can do without.
This allows low celso to be added as bait.
Spurs’ interest in Kulusevsky is reportedly solid.
But it is not yet known whether Juve prefers Lo Celso.
Kulusevsky, 21, is not particularly unhappy in Turin.
But he would have expected much more progress than he has made since joining in 2020.
He made 68 appearances for Juve, scoring eight goals and making 10 assists.
Kulusewski has started in just four of Juventus’ 19 Serie A games so far this season.
Meanwhile, Lou Celso has suffered another injury campaign.
The 25-year-old has only performed twice under Conte due to frequent knee and shin splints.
