Keon said of Belgium’s creativity: “It is always a pleasure to see De Bruyne play.
“I’ve always said this – his feet are like a paintbrush. He’s an artist on a football pitch – he really is.”
Fellow pundit Steve McMann was perplexed and asked: “Paintbrush?”
Keon replied: “Manufactured by Canvas Shapes. Each foot is like a paintbrush.”
Pandit’s bizarre comparison spread like wildfire on Twitter and caused a flood of comments.
One foot fan said: “The smartest football metaphor ever from Martin Keon.
