The bail of a married Everton footballer arrested on charges of child sex offences has been extended for the fourth time.
Premier League players, who cannot be legally named, have now been granted bail till April 17.
He was arrested in July last year after police raided his £2.5million family home and seized several items.
He remains suspended by Everton while the police continue the investigation.
The alleged offenses have been described as “very serious”, with the investigation led by Greater Manchester Police’s Major Incidents team.
