Wearing a bodysuit, Ardern shared the news with her 1.9m Instagram followers.
She said: “Highest point in my career after 17 years.
“I feel extremely lucky and happy.
“Thanks For Making This Possible.”
Ardern, 35, and David, 35, have been together for eight years.
The couple welcomed a daughter, Yanay, last March.
