Christmas Day is a time for family, and some of the biggest sports stars in the world have taken to social media to post pictures with their nearest and dearest on the big day.
Heavyweight boxing champion Fury and Manchester United legend Rooney dressed in matching Christmas outfits with their families.
Paris Fury apologized to fans as she, Tyson, and their six kids struggled to have a completely self-timed shot.
She wrote on Instagram: “Merry Christmas from the Fury’s house. It’s a little hazy, we did a countdown selfie cues obviously we were all in it.”
Football greats Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were also in a festive mood.
Messi posed next to stunning wife Antonella Roccuzzo while Ronaldo went down the route of roping in the whole family for a photo.
Messi went back to Argentina to celebrate Christmas with Ligue 1 currently on winter break.
Meanwhile Ronaldo is still in Manchester with the Premier League underway during the festive period.
The Manchester United star also wore matching outfits with Georgina Rodriguez and their four children.

Elsewhere Sergio Aguero was seen next to girlfriend Sofia Calzetti.
The former Manchester City striker recently announced an emotional retirement from football due to a heart problem.
Neymar along with his family also wished fans a Merry Christmas.
Former Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also took to Instagram on either side of his wife Elisha Behgue and mother.
Earlier this month Aubameyang was removed as the Gunners captain after returning late to pick up his mother from overseas.
His future at the club is now up in the air, with both Barcelona and Juventus linked with a move for the 32-year-old.
The striker put his recent drama behind him, writing on Instagram: “Merry Christmas #familyfirst.”
