And despite facing an opponent with just a year and two bouts of boxing experience, Mayweather is still hard at work.

He recently visited the Tengus Boxing Gym in Los Angeles — run by trainer Ricky Funez — at 1 a.m.

And Funez watched as Mayweather trained non-stop on the pads with coach Gerald Tucker.

He told EsNEWS: “Floyd came in, he called me around 11am to turn up the heat, which he likes, gym hot. He was happy.

“No brakes.”

SunSport is aware that Mayweather is currently training in Miami with Coach Tucker, a former unbeaten professional from eight fights.

And they are gearing up for a fascinating exhibition bout to be held on top of the helipad at the 700 feet Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai.

This will be the retired boxing great’s third exhibition return, but second with trainer Tucker.

Mayweather, 44, officially took off the gloves in 2017 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 33, in a crossover fight.

But he made his first comeback at the Tokyo exhibition, defeating 23-year-old featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa.

Most recently in June, Mayweather was vanquished over eight rounds by 26-year-old YouTuber Logan Paul, who weighed TWO STONE more.

His proposed pageant with 20-year-old Money Kicks – real name Rashed Belhasa – is set to be over eight rounds.
